PHASE 1 | SEASON 2026 AND 2027

  • Grow a circle of supporters and donors for start-up funds

  • Design and establish the gardens: from the initial footprint to their full scale

  • Open the gardens to visitors of all kinds

  • Develop the solid production of plants and extracts

  • Develop several core herbal products for retail and wholesale

.PHASE 2 | YEARS 2028 to 2030

  • Develop key partnerships and revenue streams

  • Construct the educational workshop building

  • Develop and roll out programming

  • Bring product sales to a sustainable level

  • Complete landscaping of the site
